What's On the Menu?

The world of craft beer seems almost infinite, with brewers constantly experimenting with flavors and ingredients. The good news is that there is a craft beer out there for everyone. Crossroads is opening its doors within the next few weeks and we wanted to share a sneak peek of the first group of beers we plan to have on tap. We will be offering a range of flavor profiles - from bright and hoppy to dark and malty. We will also have a nice light lager for those looking for something a little more subdued.

For bright and hoppy beers, we have:

1. Horned Owl : This beer is a bright aromatic IPA brewed with Galaxy hops and kveik yeast. Late hop additions give this beer lots of tropical citrus and passionfruit flavor and aroma.

2. The Chosen One: This is a Citra hopped pale ale with a light color and body - it is the perfect beer for someone looking for something light and refreshing.

For dark and malty beers, we have:

1. The Shady Lady : This is a thick, rich imperial stout with notes of coffee and chocolate - perfect for any fall day.

2. The Strong Wanker : This beer is an English strong ale with rich, malty notes.

3. Just the Sip : This is a Wee Heavy with a rich malty beer with caramel and toffee notes. We plan to also have a version aged on toasted coconut!

For visitors who may be new to the craft brewery scene, or those looking to stick to the classics try these:

1. T-Mex : A Mexican lager with light orange and citrus notes coming from Amarillo and Lemondrop hops.

2. E.S.B. : A light, English bitter that’s bready with light floral notes. This is a good, light, easy drinking beer.

Overall, Crossroads cannot wait to share the love of craft beer with its visitors. From bright to malty to everything in-between, there is something for everyone here. We have several other beers planned but this gives you a sneak peek into the first few beers that will be on the menu.
